Dogs are Happy I have two large breed dogs that run through toys labeled as indestructible. Sometimes I’ll buy them toys and have to throw the toys in the trash on the same day that I bought them. My dogs both chew on this Nylabone Ring and we’ve had it now for months. The ring is only scratched up from the rough chewing. No broken off pieces at all. This ring seems to keep their teeth cleaner too which is great. I’d buy this again for my dogs if I ever have to. If this review was at all helpful to you please let me know by clicking on helpful. Thanks!!!

Update – DO NOT BUY THESE!! Love these so far! Have a bully that lives to chew. So far, he is very pleased with this ring and it’s pretty okay for tug of war as well. These seem like they will last a while. They’re very thick and seem to be well made. As long as the babe is happy, I am too.Update – we came home today to find our second dog, a beagle lab mix, chewing one of these. We heard a snap noise and looked down to find him looking confused. The dog toy was fine, but looking next to it we found a piece of molar tooth. This bone snapped our dogs tooth IN HALF! I don’t know whether it was the design, the construction, or how our dog approached chewing on this bone particularly, but we have never had any issue with other bones in his whole entire life. Now we need to have dental surgery done on him due to this toy. I cannot recommend this product at all – in fact, at this point I’d recommend you avoid it AT ALL COSTS!!

TOO HARD dog broke tooth UPDATE: should have went with my gut when I was worried it was too hard. Broke my dog’s back molar right in half. Tooth extraction cost almost $1,000. Most expensive toy ever. Pic attached.Original review: Very hard. Could break teeth. Dog likes it. She’s goes thru toys SO FAST because she’s a manic, so it’s nice this one lasts a bit longer.
