We build the Tough Rectangle Orthopedic Dog Bed to be chew resistant, scratch resistant, and to be an incredibly durable orthopedic dog bed. It’s a nearly indestructible dog bed which is also machine washable. The orthopedic mattress provides support for arthritic dogs, for dogs who might experience joint problems later in life, or the dog who simply deserves and incredibly supportive orthopedic foam dog bed.

Orthopedic dog beds aren’t just for large dogs, small dogs deserve an orthopedic dog bed as well as medium and average size dogs! Our orthopedic foam dog bed doesn’t use any glue so it’s very strong and won’t degrade or flatten over time, whether your dog is huge or tiny.

Chew Resistant

Does your dog occasionally chew their bed creating small holes where they can pull out stuffing? Then this bed’s for you. Does your dog absolutely shred their bed to tiny bits? Then you should get our Chew Proof Elevated Dog Bed (see chart below).

No zippers, no interior seams, and taught construction make it very difficult for your dog to take a bite out of this nesting bed.

fun fact: we initially designed Kevlar dog beds, but they weren’t strong enough. We had to invent our own material to stand up to persistent chewers!

Machine Washable

We craft our industrial strength ballistic nylon with fibers over-spec for consumer grade textiles. This densely woven material resists moisture, dirt, hair, and grime. It’s also incredibly easy to clean with just a damp cloth or water hose! For a deep clean, toss it in the washing machine on a cold cycle & let air dry.

In case of “accidents”, we also included a waterproof membrane which prevents any moisture from seeping through to the floor. We think you’re really going to love the convenience of this bed.

High Quality Foam Mattress

We construct this dog bed from carefully formulated CertiPUR-USA Foam. Our mattress supports your pup with extra joint and spine support, especially important for old dogs or large breeds. We carefully designed a single layer foam mattress with the perfect density to support large and small dogs alike. This means we don’t use any glue, which is a major bonus in our books.

This bed feels firm yet forgiving, and offers incredible support for very light to very heavy dogs. We know you pup’s going to love it!

Water Resistant

In case of “accidents”, we included a water resistant lining which prevents any moisture from seeping through to the mattress. Beds without water resistant coatings absorb urine like a sponge, ending life in a dumpster.

Even for dogs who suffer severe incontinence, our bed will stay fresh and clean for a very long time. Wipe to clean, or throw it in the washer for a thorough cleansing. We think you’re really going to love the convenience of this bed.
